Dear Dealer! The package that came in the day before yesterday was the only day I had time to open it. The inner packaging was unprofessional, creased, caring. I opened the thermos first. It was all right, and then the camera box. regret to note that there's a piece missing from the camera cover. The missing part was in the box. That would have been the lesser problem. Tisztelt Forgalmazó! A tegnapelőtt érkezett csomagot csak ma volt időm felbontani. A belső csomagolás szakszerűtlen, gyűrődött, törődött volt. Először a termoszt bontottam ki. Rendben volt. Utána a kamerás dobozt. Sajnálattal vettem tudomásul, hogy a kamera foglalatából hiányzik egy darab. A hiányzó rész a dobozban volt. Ez lett volna a kisebb probléma. A baj, hogy a kamera menete deformálódott és nem lehet becsavarni a foglalatba, így az használhatatlan. Mellékelem a fotókat. Üdvözlettel: Krisztin Zoltán
